I don't usually get sick, however I had a tooth pulled on Thursday and my system has just been all out of whack since. I can't keep anything down and have had issues with going to the restroom and now I have vertigo.
My eating was much better yesterday however I had to try and find soft foods because I also have braces and just had them tightened on Tuesday and a tooth pulled on Thursday. Haven't had a chance to weigh myself. I know I was up 3 pounds from my off day and haven't had a chance to see where I am at now.
